Recently opened, Glass Mar from the Urban by Ángel León brings some of the most recognizable cuisine proposals that it makes in Puerto de Santa María and proposes ten starters and three main ones inspired by its Andalusian cuisine, with some gastronomic references to Madrid.
In its menu, divided into three steps, we find dishes such as smoked sardines, plankton green garlic, plankton honeyed rice, seal of Aponiente, the tuna cutlet, the tuna steak tartare or desserts such as melon with vermouth or chocolate with seeds.
