Using canned beans helps to make bean soup quickly and inexpensively. Unlike dried beans, canned beans are a ready-to-eat product. It does not need to be soaked, it cooks quickly. For the first course, you can take beans in your own juice or beans in tomato sauce.

Canned beans from a jar are sent to the soup at the end of cooking – 5 minutes before readiness. If the beans come with tomato sauce, you can add them to the first course earlier – about 20 minutes before cooking. The sauce will increase the taste of the soup, give it a delicious golden hue, make the broth more rich and satisfying.
