This kind of cleansing of the body is good for women who love thick milkshakes and smoothies. Detox will give them radiant and clean skin, strong hair, healthy nails. Especially appreciate kefir detox in the wintertime, not rich in vitamins, when the body cannot be stress multi-day detox.
Is that the yogurt was homemade. But purchase fit, most importantly – choose a proven brand. It would be best if you used “young” kefir 1% fat content with a shelf life of no more than 7-10 days for detox yogurt.
If you choose two-three days and drink, then you know that it will have a reinforcing effect. Besides, the “old” kefir is a more sour taste, which may trigger a sharp increase in appetite.
Drink warm yogurt, then saturate them faster, and nutrients in the product are better absorbed. For the same reasons, it is better not to drink it directly from the bundle or a bottle: pour kefir into a glass and slowly “eat,” like the yogurt using a teaspoon. Also, during the day, you can drink 1.5 liters of still mineral water (at any time).
With a sharp quickening of his chair, go on two-day kefir. In the case of aggravation of hunger or weakness, drink a teacup with 2 tsp sugar. You can add yogurt, stevia powder, vanilla sugar-free syrup.
DAY 1:
- Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt plus 100 g crumbly cottage cheese 2% fat (see below in part absent vegetable fats).
- Snack: 1 Cup of yogurt plus a slice of wholemeal bread (preferably from sprouted grains).
- Lunch: 1 cup yogurt plus 100 g crumbly cottage cheese 2% fat (or natural yogurt).
- Snack: 1 Cup of yogurt, half of an Apple.
- Dinner (2 hours before sleep): 1 Cup yogurt plus 100 g crumbly cottage cheese 2% fat.
DAY 2 (supporting):
- Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt plus 150 g crumbly cottage cheese 2% fat, rye bread.
- Snack: 1 cup yogurt plus 2 tsp. Raisins.
- Lunch: 1 Cup of yogurt, 150 grams of baked beans with 1 tsp of vegetable oil and a mixture of spices (with no MSG and salt), a slice of wholemeal bread (preferably from sprouted grains).
- Snack: 1 cup yogurt plus 2 tsp. Raisins.
- Dinner (2 hours before sleep): 1 Cup of yogurt, 150 grams of baked beans.
DAY 3 (out of detox):
- Breakfast: 1 cup yogurt plus 30 g muesli with dried fruit (without sugar).
- Snack: 1 Cup of yogurt plus half an Apple.
- Lunch: 1 Cup of yogurt with 2 tsp. Of fresh herbs, 150 g of baked beans with 1 tsp of vegetable oil and a mixture of spices (with no MSG and salt), 100 g chicken breast, slice whole wheat bread (preferably from sprouted grains).
- Snack: 1 cup yogurt plus 1 Fig.
- Dinner (2 hours before sleep): 1 Cup of yogurt, 100 g crumbly cottage cheese 2% fat.
