Polopyrin Max contains acetylsalicylic acid. Its main task is to relieve pain, fever and inflammation. Polopyrin Max inhibits: menstrual pains, headaches, back pains, fever, muscle and joint pains, it reduces ailments occurring during colds and flu.

Polopyrine Max should not be used by people allergic to any ingredient of the drug. Polopyrin Max should not be taken by people who suffer from bronchial asthma, swelling of the mucosa, patients with peptic ulcer or duodenal disease, as well as patients with heart or liver failure. Children under the age of 16 should also not take this drug. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also not take Polopiryna Max.

When using Polopyrine Max, read the leaflet carefully or inform your doctor about other medications taken at the same time. Methotrexate is a substance that interacts unfavorably with the active substance Polopyrin Max.
How to use Polopyrine Max?
It is best to read the package leaflet or consult your doctor or pharmacist. Polopyrin is best taken with a meal with plenty of water. The recommended dose for adults is one or two tablets at a time, which can be taken two or three times a day. A daily dose of 3 g should not be exceeded. Children over 16 years of age should dose from one to two tablets a day.

One package may contain 6, 10, 12 or 20 tablets. Each of them is pink, round and slightly convex. They are additionally packed in cardboard packaging. Acetylsalicylic acid is the active substance of Polopyrin Max. One tablet contains 500 mg of this substance. Other ingredients included in Polopyrin Max are: corn starch, titanium dioxide, hypromellose, methacrylic acid copolymer, triethyl citrate, cochineal red, lake, colloidal anhydrous silica, sodium bicarbonate, sodium lauryl sulfate.
