Nutrition is crucial for the effectiveness of therapy. Very common symptoms that cause problems during the disease are the feeling of fullness, bloating and lack of appetite, as well as increased thirst.

Everyone should approach the composition of their diet individually, but it should be remembered that it should rely primarily on the elimination of fats, even though it is not a slimming diet. The organ which is the liver performs many functions in the body, which is why it is so important to take care of it properly. The most common causes of liver damage are the abuse of certain medications, alcohol, and chronic viral inflammation.

First of all, you should categorically avoid alcohol. In addition, it is recommended to eat cooked foods that contain a large amount of protein. There is also a set of products that should be avoided and those that are recommended. This is colloquially called the “liver diet” aimed at limiting harmful substances that may worsen the condition of this organ. It works for the following diseases:

  • Fatty liver,
  • Cirrhosis,
  • alcoholic liver disease,
  • Chronic hepatitis.

What to avoid? What’s the harm:

  1. Strong coffee and tea,
  2. cakes, biscuits, cakes,
  3. fatty meats and sausages,
