Summer is a beautiful time when each of us wants to expose our body. There are those who take care of it all year round, spending autumn and winter evenings at the gym. But apart from the ambitious, there is also a group of risk takers in society who think they will make it anyway. The body of the Greek Adonis will not be made in a month and that’s more or less until the first days of the holidays. So how do you deal with pants that were still buttoning up last season?
Our bellies are one of the most common complexes in both women and men. Unwanted folds, unsightly protruding sides of many frustrates have already embarrassing.
To lose weight, you must eat!
Eat mindfully, of course. And that’s the first rule of a flat stomach. I don’t know why, but our body likes this place to store fat. No need to wonder why there. If this is the case, then you need to start working for the benefit of our body and start eating regularly. 5 meals a day should be enough to meet the caloric content of the body.
If you eat, then what?
There are hundreds of diets available on the market that offer various configurations of dishes. It’s best to feel your body and adjust the right set of products to it.
- Light but nutritious breakfast – it is the most important meal that should provide energy for the whole day. What’s more, if we give our body a portion of calories in the morning, it will start working, accelerating metabolism. Breakfast should generally be high in energy. Eggs, cheeses, lean and white meats will work well in this role. If we like to drink coffee, remember that it should be black without the addition of sugar and cream.
- Second breakfast – a fruit cocktail or raw fruit will be a great idea. Remember that fruits themselves have simple and complex sugars, so it is better to eat them before noon. By the evening they will be digested by the body and will certainly not turn into fat.
- Dinner – one day is enough. Although soups are tasty and nutritious, they contain a mixture of fats and carbohydrates. Maybe it would be worth considering a portion of meat prepared by steaming or grilling, without the use of fat. Fish is also perfect.
- Tea – A light salad of fresh vegetables will be great in this role. A few lettuce leaves, tomatoes and cucumbers will completely satisfy the feeling of hunger.
- Supper – the one eaten three hours before bedtime will serve us best. Protein should play the first role here. Dairy products will give you the feeling of satisfying your appetite and will allow you to sleep peacefully at night. Natural unsweetened yogurt or kefir will be adequate for this time. If we are thinking about bread, then only dark, whole grain bread. Grains and seeds in small amounts facilitate the work of our body. With other bread, it’s better to wait … until breakfast.
In our light and spring diet, we cannot forget about movement. Aerobic exercise is the best way to burn body fat. Running, cycling and swimming should also help to slim your figure.
