In other cases, you can try to heal yourself.

This is pharyngitis – an inflammation of the back of the throat. The throat seems to dry out, it hurts when swallowing, there is a dry cough, pain in the ear, enlarged lymph nodes. People who have to talk a lot at work are often chronic, such as teachers, radio hosts.

To relieve the condition, take anti-inflammatory drugs and analgesics with antipyretic effects. The only way to fight the disease is with the help of antibiotics, so a doctor’s intervention is necessary.

With laryngitis, it changes its tone, becomes hoarse, hoarse, sometimes completely disappears. The disease is characterized by dry, tearing, cough, perspiration and a lump in the throat. Often, in the absence of treatment, it takes on a chronic form, the timbre of the voice changes irrevocably.

Gargle with a water-based antiseptic to relieve inflammation. You can make a soda solution – a tablespoon of soda in a glass of warm water, add a few drops of iodine. If it gets better, rinse it several times a day. Worse – give up the idea, soda tends to dry out the back wall of the throat. It will soften 3% hydrogen peroxide, more concentrated will burn the nasopharynx and larynx. Draw on 20 ml and rinse for a minute. It will sizzle and taste bitter, so after that you need to rinse your mouth with warm boiled water. Repeat the procedure two to three times a day.

Lozenges and lozenges can help relieve discomfort. Take anti-allergic medications to relieve swelling. In the morning and in the evening, drip oil drops into the nose, drink a glass of warm milk with the addition of butter, the drink has a good enveloping and expectorant effect. Follow a sparing diet, exclude spicy, salty, peppery, bitter, as well as alcohol and citrus fruits from the diet: they irritate the mucous membrane. Talk less, limit physical activity. If possible, stay outside and install a humidifier in your apartment.
