Relatives of the deceased have the right to do so: spouse, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, parents, grandparents, as well as siblings, aunts, uncles. In order to start the procedure of bringing the body back, you need to submit an application to transport the body to the country. In the application, we must provide our data: name and surname, place of residence, data from the ID card. In addition, you must also provide the data of the deceased, her name, date and place of birth and how the body will be brought into the country.

In accordance with applicable law, a death certificate drawn up abroad can be reproduced. An application for such a certificate must be reported to the Registry Office, but you can also do it at the seat of the consul of the country where our loved one died.
