- Counterweight problems. If the fasteners on the counterweight are loose, then it is enough to simply tighten them. And if the integrity of this element is violated, then it needs to be replaced.
- Bearing wear. Due to high humidity, these critical elements can rust. Self-replacement of bearings is a complex procedure that requires skills, effort and special tools. Better go to the workshop.
- Wrong installation. If the machine is placed on an uneven surface, it may jump. During installation, you need to install the CM on a hard rubber mat if the floor is not perfectly level. To install the machine correctly, use the level and adjust the legs.
- Improper transportation can also be one of the reasons why SMA knocks and jumps.
- After transportation, they forgot to remove the shipping bolts – the problem only applies to new machines. If you refused delivery from the store, and decided to bring and install the SM yourself, you might well not know about the existence of these bolts.
- Incorrect loading of laundry in the drum. If the laundry is washed into one huge lump, then any, even a serviceable machine, will jump. Stop washing and distribute the laundry.
