– The yolk, whipped with lemon juice or cream, can be added to the soup, which will change its structure and taste.
– Yolks are used for making cocktails or other drinks – liqueur, eggnog, hot chocolate, smoothies.
– Hollandaise sauce and similar to it, cream and mayonnaise, egg oil are prepared on the basis of yolks.
– The yolk is actively used in the preparation of desserts – crème brulee, biscuit pastries, ice cream, sweet sauces, impregnating creams, as well as ravioli dough.
