Sweet semolina and rice porridge make a great base for pudding. Just mix the porridge with the yolks, beat the whites separately until they are strong foam and also add to the porridge. Add honey, jam, nuts, fresh or frozen fruits and berries, chocolate, some cottage cheese – choose to taste! Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place in the oven.
