What to cook from honey agaric caviar?
In fact, mushroom caviar is a finished product. It can be served on bread, or simply add butter and chopped red onions and the appetizer is ready. But sometimes you want to use mushroom caviar “more seriously” and make something for the main course.
The coolest option is soup, but you will also need mushrooms of the first category – porcini, boletus and boletus. It is they who will make the broth fatty and rich, and the caviar from the honey agaric will give an excellent aroma. In addition, if caviar from honey agaric was prepared with carrots and onions, then only potatoes and noodles would be added to the soup.
Another option is even more satisfying – boiled buckwheat or boiled rice can be fried with mushroom caviar.
The most difficult, but also the closest to the classic, is the way to fry mushroom caviar with potatoes. First, fry the potatoes, and at the end more mushroom caviar, and warm everything up thoroughly together, stirring without hesitation.
Another way is to warm up the mushroom caviar, and at the end put a few slices of cheese on top and wait for it to melt under the lid – practically, the second course.
Sauce – if you mix mushroom caviar with mayonnaise, sour cream and melted butter, the sauce can be served with meat.
