What to cook from flax seeds
 

Flaxseed is a superfood supplement that is extremely useful and must-eat. The seeds are inexpensive, and there are a lot of benefits in them. For example, flax seeds contain a lot of vitamins A, E and B, potassium and selenium, antioxidants and polyunsaturated fatty acids Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9, fiber.

Flaxseeds can be added to smoothies and drinks, and can be used to create meals. If you grind the seeds into flour, you get either porridge or a base for baking. By the way, the ground seeds do not need to be boiled, like other cereals, it is enough just to pour hot water. Add sweetness and fruit – and a wholesome healthy breakfast is ready.

You can make a cream from flax seeds – just soak them for a day, then strain and beat with lemon juice and sweet syrup. The resulting cream can be used to decorate a biscuit or any other dessert.

You can add flax seeds to baked goods, pate, decorate porridge or salad.
