- salt, sugar to taste.
Beat the egg with sugar until smooth, fluffy. Grate carrots and apples, combine with sour cream, semolina, egg, salt. Stir the mixture and place in a greased baking dish. Place in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve yogurt or a glass of warm milk with the cooled casserole.
