She has more than one world record behind her, and she was also awarded the title of the most powerful woman on the planet. Just imagine: Svenson was able to lift a weight of about 400 kg! Rebecca proudly showcases her body on Instagram, and followers tirelessly bombard her with compliments. True, the woman has already left sports, now the upbringing of children and the family are in the first place for her.
4. Joe Rollino
Weightlifter and American strongman Joe Rollino has lived a long and fulfilling life. He passed away at the age of 104, but even in the last years of his life, the athlete could still bend a coin with his fingers. Rollino weighed 68 kg with a height of 165 cm, but his strength was truly heroic. Joe held 290 kg of weight with one finger, and in 1920 he received the title of the strongest man in the world. Then he managed to lift almost one and a half tons! The athlete led an appropriate lifestyle: no alcohol and cigarettes. Since childhood, he has been boxing, and at 20, Joe gave up meat forever.
5. Zydrunas Savickas
4 victories at the World Strongest Man tournament, multiple champion of the Arnold Classic tournament, 20 world records – this is an incomplete list of the achievements of the Lithuanian strongman. He can squat 15 times in a row while holding a 340 kg barbell. Savickas is not only an athlete, but also a blogger. He happily answers the questions of subscribers on his YouTube channel, and also actively leads Instagram. Judging by the pictures, he loves to cook in his free time, and Zydrunas is doing very well.
6. Yuko Ahola
Finnish strongman Yuko Ahola managed to set a world record and win a huge number of competitions during his heroic career. Over time, the athlete became interested in art and decided to try himself as an actor. Ahola already has roles in 4 films and several TV series. By the way, Yuko is inspired by an equally impressive man – Arnold Schwarzenegger.
7.Dmitry Khaladzhi
The history of the Ukrainian athlete Dmitry Khaladzhi motivates him to never give up. At the age of 4, the boy received a 3-4th degree burn: 37% of his skin was burnt. Years of recovery, numerous surgeries and blood transfusions – this is how Dmitry spent his childhood. But he got to his feet and found his calling. Khalaji broke the most ancient record of the planet – he lifted a stone weighing 152 kg with one hand! For some time Dmitry performed in the Donetsk circus with performances about Hercules. Instead of a dog from a ball, he could easily make knots out of nails.
8. Mariusz Pudzyanovsky
The Polish strongman Mariusz lives in sports: boxing, rugby and karate are just a part of Pudzianowski’s list of hobbies. The love for weightlifting was passed on to a man from his father. Since childhood, Mariusz has worked hard on himself, and thanks to constant training, he managed to become the five-time owner of the title of the strongest man on the planet. With a height of 186 cm, the athlete weighs 119 kg. “Polish Schwarzenegger,” his followers on Instagram call him.
9. Ivan Poddubny
Ivan Poddubny was known as a Russian hero, and his strength became famous throughout the world. More than one documentary has been shot about the wrestler, and viewers from all over the world dreamed of watching Ivan’s performances. Ivan began his career at the end of the XNUMXth century, when battles could last for several hours. Poddubny withstood everything, and during his career, the athlete and circus artist did not lose a single competition.
10. Eddie Hall
