They were incredibly popular in the 90s, they were considered style icons and the most beautiful women on the planet, and eminent photographers wanted to do a photo session with them. Elle Macpherson, Christie Brinkley, Carla Bruni – all the girls wanted to be like them. Wday.ru decided to find out what supermodels look like now and have they changed?

Claudia Schiffer was the muse of Karl Lagerfeld and was considered the highest paid model in the world. She was often compared to Brigitte Bardot, and for good reason, because the German model was absolutely not inferior to her in beauty. Now Claudia is 48 years old, she almost never goes to the catwalk, the star made an exception just for the Versace show in 2018. It is worth noting that Schiffer has an ideal figure that only his younger colleagues in the shop can envy.

Incredibly beautiful Dutch supermodel Karen Mulder known as the Victoria’s Secret Angel. Her plump lips and blonde curls drove everyone crazy, which is why she often defiled at the shows of Giorgio Armani, Guess, Max Mara. Hasbro released a Barbie doll that was an exact replica of the model. Karen ended her career in 2000, but in 2009 she took to the catwalk for Christian Dior. At 49, the star looks the same as at 20 – she has radiant skin and not a single wrinkle. However, many are sure that her youth is the merit of a plastic surgeon, with whom Karen had a row because of an unsuccessful operation.

Linda Evangelistu often called a chameleon because she was not afraid to experiment with her appearance. Linda was the muse of the most famous designers, but in 1998 she decided to live a normal life and ended her career. However, in 2001 she returned to the podium and defiled until 2006. Since then, the model has not appeared on the show again. 54-year-old Evangelista does not look like her former colleagues – she gained extra pounds, but still looks great.
