Nuts and seeds have the same properties. It is advisable to use flax seeds (freshly ground) in salads. Season salads with lemon juice and olive oil.

To avoid diseases of the heart and blood vessels, eat more oily fish. The substances contained in it will help to normalize fat metabolism.
