What kind of milk is offered to Russian residents today?

1/10 of the milk produced in Russia cannot be sold “due to” the non-compliance with the required standards. This was stated by the head of Rospotrebnadzor Gennady Onishchenko.

According to Onishchenko, the experts found non-compliance with medical standards from the point of view of microbiology in 5,5% of dairy product samples. Another 3,4% found non-compliance with chemical and sanitary standards. This means that 1/10 of all dairy products have not passed the selection.

Recall that the concept of “microbiological inconsistency” today is applicable to those products in which doctors have found various yeast, bacilli and mold. And besides that, bacterial contamination. The latter, according to Onishchenko, in Russian milk in comparison with last year was able to decrease from 4,84 to 4,75%.

As for meat products, in 2013 about 7% of this product does not meet the required standards. Experts explain this by a large number of meat imports, for the quality of which not our manufacturer, but a foreign supplier should be responsible.
