What kind of meat to buy for jelly / jellied meat?

For jellies (jellies), they usually take a mix of different types of meat – such jellied meat will definitely solidify itself and will have a deep pleasant taste. Less often they focus on one type of meat – as a rule, on noble – soft beef or even more delicious horse or elk meat.

- Pork: pork knuckle 1 piece weighing 1,5-2 kilograms, pork ears 4 pieces, chicken thighs 3-4 pieces.
- Economical: chicken legs 500 grams, pork shank 1,5 kilograms, soup beef on the bone 500 grams, chicken legs 500 grams.
- Dietary: turkey thigh fillet – 1 kilogram, any premium lean beef – 1 kilogram, chicken fillet – 500 grams.
