Oat milk
Cereal oat milk is made from soaked oatmeal, whipped in a blender and strained. This sweet-tasting liquid is very well absorbed by the body – and this is protein, vitamin B and fiber. Since this type of milk contains gluten, it is not suitable for people who avoid this component in their food.
Soy milk
This milk is made from soybeans and is popular mainly in Asian countries.
