What is thermophilic yeast and their composition

Why thermophilic yeast is harmful

Since yeast is a fungus, it can cause fermentation in the body, fungal diseases and allergies if the processing temperature is insufficient.

Once in the human body, yeast begins to multiply in the intestines, disrupting the normal microflora. This affects the functioning of all organs of the digestive system, even a stomach ulcer may appear. The assimilation of vitamins and minerals is impaired.

The harm of thermophilic yeast is that, with frequent use, they form sand, and later stones in the gallbladder, liver and pancreas. This leads to the development of tumors. With the growth of pathogenic microflora in the intestine, a slower elimination of toxins occurs.

In addition to the above health problems, others may add:

  • decreased calcium levels;
  • the entry of viruses into the blood, which leads to a change in its biochemical composition;
  • violation of intracellular metabolism;
  • the formation of blood clots as a result of the slow movement of blood through the vessels;
  • violation of acid-base balance;
  • stomach problems – gastritis;
  • weakness and fatigue.

To avoid such complications, you should not eat raw bread, let alone unbaked bread.

The chemicals that thermophilic yeast are made from may not be beneficial. Realizing this, more and more people begin to use yeast-free bread or try to bake it on their own based on sourdough cultures.
