Permitted products:

- fresh cabbage – white cabbage and cauliflower
- cucumbers
- mashed potatoes
The amount of salt should be kept to a minimum. From fruits, you cannot eat plums, strawberries, currants and gooseberries. The rest of the fruit in a reasonable amount is possible.

- Allowed: meat and fish products, lard, cereals (except for buckwheat and oatmeal), sour fruits and berries, butter
- Limit: dairy products, bread products, strawberries, raisins
- Forbidden: spicy, fried foods, marinades, rich broths. You should also remove mushrooms, beans, liver, chicken and cottage cheese from the menu.
From drinks, focus on sour fruit juices and compotes. You can drink rosehip infusion and kvass. Drink no more than 1500 ml per day. From sweets – honey. People who are prone to stone formation need to get used to the fact that such a diet needs to be followed for months, and preferably constantly.
