Mozzarella “from the roots”
Mozzarella is an Italian cheese rennet, unripened, produced from the milk of buffaloes or dairy cows. Its taste is delicate and its consistency is creamy. This cheese is usually sold in the form of smaller or larger balls in a whey marinade.

As you can see, this cheese is relatively fat. Therefore, it is worth maintaining moderation in its consumption, especially during a slimming diet.
Buffalo milk vs cow’s milk
The buffalo mozzarella is definitely more delicate, soft and creamy compared to that of cow’s milk. In addition, it is characterized by a characteristic, a musky scent. Fans of this cheese emphasize its porcelain color and the multitude of delicate, shiny layers. The different properties of “buffalo cheese” are believed to be related to the humid grazing climate of the buffaloes. Buffalo buffalo mozzarella – because that’s what the original mozzarella is called, it is produced only in specific regions of south-central Italy. The milk used for its production is obtained from black buffaloes with crescent-shaped horns.
It is also different nutritional value “Italian mozzarella”. Buffalo milk has more fat and protein, which translates into the nutritional value of the cheese:

What is it all about?
Mozarella can be eaten in a thousand ways. Thanks to its perfect stretch after melting, it is used for pizza, lasagne, spaghetti, casseroles, etc. It is also perfect for salads, sandwiches, and starters.
Salad With Mozzarella:
Ingredients:
2 mozzarella balls
2 slices of Parma ham
1 large tomato
Fresh basil
Lamb’s lettuce
5 tablespoons of olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt pepper
Manufacturing method:
- Wash and dry the lettuce and basil.
- Dice the mozzarella and ham.
- Wash the tomato and dice it.
- Mix all ingredients, season with olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
