Coffee during the fast is not prohibited, but it should not be overused, because the drink leads to dehydration. And it does not quench thirst. Try green tea. It perfectly tones up, contains vitamins P, C and A. It is better to refuse mineral water altogether. It increases the loss of calcium, which may already be lacking due to the fact that there are no dairy products in the diet. But ordinary water should be consumed at least 2 liters per day.

By changing the diet in favor of fruits and vegetables, we often feel the urge to snack. The body requires carbohydrates. They are found in bread, potatoes, cereals. But if you constantly lean on buns, you run the risk of gaining weight quickly. To prevent this from happening, be sure to include foods that contain complex carbohydrates in your diet. They are better absorbed than simple ones, give a charge of energy, and have a beneficial effect on the nervous system. There are many of them in whole grain bread, all kinds of greens, legumes – lentils, beans, chickpeas.

It makes sense to cut back on sports training while fasting. But you should not completely forget about classes. Try replacing strength training with aerobic exercise. Give your body a break, let it relax. Sign up for swimming and yoga. Special attention should be paid to such training for people suffering from chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
