However, Clean eating is not equated with a raw food diet, we cannot eat raw meat. That is, if we eat vegetables and fruits, then everything is clear. And if we are talking about a protein dish, then it must be cooked. Certainly better than any sous frying, steaming, boiling, baking. The parallel with a balanced diet is again visible – the recommendations are the same.
What exactly will have to be excluded from the diet

In this diet, preference is given to fresh vegetables and fruits. But here, of course, individual characteristics must be taken into account. Correct intervals are very important in any diet, as the food regimen normalizes all functions of the body’s digestive system. In addition, it helps to maintain performance throughout the day and control hunger. If we recall the Soviet period, we will note that there was no such global obesity at that time, and one of the reasons for this was the diet. Four meals a day were in kindergarten, in schools, in pioneer camps. The sanatorium regime for adults also meant four meals a day.
Therefore, if you want to feel great, so that you have strength and your head works and at the same time you do not get better, it is necessary to observe the diet.
Healthy eating means 3-5 meals, depending on your routine, what time you get up, with breaks of three to four hours. Again, nothing new, all these postulates have been known for a long time and they definitely did not come into our life with the advent of clear eating.

Weight loss is inevitable, as the calorie content of the diet will decrease and high-quality, unprocessed foods will remain on the plate. Since there are a lot of calories in simple sugars, in sauces, in multicomponent dishes. That is, the simpler the food, the fewer calories it contains. Naturally, if they bring you some kind of wrapped roll, in which there are five components and layers of sauces between them, then it is difficult to determine its calorie content. And when we choose, say, a piece of fish with vegetables, we simply minimize calories. Automatically, a person eats less and at the same time receives a maximum of useful elements.
In general, with any dietary scheme that a person adheres to, he may or may not count calories, this is everyone’s personal business. But it is a mistake to think that eating the most unprocessed or organic food, a person will not get better. For example, my RDA is 1600 calories, let’s say I eat 2000 calories of farm steamed chicken breast every day, what do you think will happen to me? I will get better because I don’t need that much energy. Therefore, you can not count calories, but at the same time you need to understand your daily food volume in order not to gain weight.
How to properly switch to Clean eating
In the same way as for a healthy diet. First, determine the schedule, what time you have breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Observe this regime, do not eat anything between these meals. And choose the simplest products and dishes. The only thing you may face is the problem of choosing dishes in cafes and restaurants. You can even, to be more specific, you can forget about many places. After all, there is definitely a large number of additives in each dish.
I am always for the middle ground and I never recommend getting hung up on something. When a person obsessively strives for a clean diet, he creates a certain tension for himself, which will definitely lead to a breakdown. And in order to avoid it, the basis of your diet should be the foods that the body needs: lean protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and all this should be deliciously cooked and salted for taste, respectively. And if you want a little bit of sweetness today, then you can also afford it, but in an adequate amount! Remember the famous saying: “Everything is poison, everything is medicine.” Just a dose makes a substance a poison or a medicine.
