Where is MMU produced?
Any dishwasher marked with the abbreviation MMU is made in Belarus at the Grodtorgmash plant. JSC “Grodno Trade Machine Building Plant” has been producing universal industrial-type washing equipment for several years.
Grodtorgtash also produces medical and agricultural equipment, catering utensils, food processing equipment, consumer goods, including water heaters and other goods. The quality of all products meets the standards and is confirmed by certificates.
Depending on the needs, you can choose MMU class 1000M or 2000. They are suitable for restaurant complexes with a large flow of customers, airports and railway stations. Each modification is discussed in more detail below.
Important! A universal dishwasher or MPU for short is a product of the same plant. Also on sale you can find MPF (frontal), MPS (sectional) and MPSK (sectional cassette), created for different production needs.
As for school canteens, their needs will be completely satisfied by simple modifications of the MMU – 500 or 700. These are cassette options for small canteens (up to a hundred visitors), there are tunnel structures of the 100M class.
Overview of MMU models
MSU 1000M
The universal tunnel dishwasher can be used when washing plates, tureens, glasses, cutlery and trays up to 53×32,5 cm in size. It can be connected to water of any temperature. The operation of the PMM involves the use of detergent “chemistry”.
The body and main components of the electrical appliance are made of high-quality stainless steel. All operations do not require intervention, occur automatically. The norm of one load according to the passport is 1600 plates, with a volume of 0,5 liters and a diameter of 24 cm. The total power of the device is 35,7 kW, the water heater is 24 kW.
Like most professional conveyor and tunnel type dishwashers, it requires a three-phase connection to a 380 V network. The consumption of water passing through the heating element in 1 hour is 200 liters. The conveyor moves at a speed of 8 m/min. Construction dimensions (WxDxH): 105x370x130 cm. The weight of the machine is more than half a ton: 535 kg. The instructions indicate that, subject to the rules of operation, the service life is at least 8 years. MSU 2000
A more powerful model that can wash not only ordinary dishes and kitchen utensils, but also kitchen utensils, including pots of various sizes and baking sheets, up to 53×32,5 cm in size. Designed for catering with the ability to connect to hot water.
Model specifications:
- Capacity by the number of plates is 3100 pieces.
- Power – 34 kW.
- Water consumption – 400 l.
- Weight – 640 kg.
- Dimensions are 480x105x130 cm (length, width and height, respectively).
Secondary rinsing in this model occurs due to hot water, to which the PMM is connected. Requirements for running water temperature: not less than 85 degrees. The washing temperature is 40 degrees.
The price of MMU 2000 is 515 rubles at the time of writing.
