A team is a group of people with a common goal. The style of the team is one of trust and cooperation. The main principles of team interaction: «People can be trusted, people can help.» In other words: «One for all, all for one.»

When people work as a well-coordinated team, they have one thing in common, they all think together, they do everything together, everyone knows what he is responsible for and helps others. In the team, everyone is their own, there are no strangers. There are no separate interests, there is a common task that must be solved.

In an organization built as a team, the interests of management and employees are common. Manager and employees are not enemies.

A team can have a leader, chief, leader. His role is coordinator, tuner, first assistant. A good leader respects his team and likes to consult with people. A good team thinks together with the leader, but after the decision is made, the decision of the leader is not discussed, but implemented.

No sooner said than done. And no one will buzz.

A friendly team does not exclude unity of command, but perfectly understands and supports it. You are the main one — we support you. I will be the main one — I know that my power will be supported by everyone.

In a team, relationships are lively, personal, close, and not formal, as with strangers. Here everyone is ready to help everyone, an indifferent “This is not part of my duties” is impossible in a real team.

If you have a good family, then the team is the best family in the world. Everyone is friendly, everyone loves each other, everyone helps. To whom to take out the bucket is not a question, whoever is walking now, he takes it out. Whoever was appointed — he takes out according to the schedule. Someone can help someone — he is glad of this opportunity.

Working in a team is great. It is more fun and easier to work in a team than alone, the efforts of each add up to one stream, supporting one another: a synergistic effect. However, there is a danger: in an undeveloped team, it is more difficult to control the personal responsibility of everyone. Therefore, a real team is not a collective farm, you are responsible for your own business. Team members know what personal responsibility is: if it is entrusted to you, you are responsible for it. If you can’t, ask for help or refuse, but if the task is not completed, this is your personal responsibility.

The team adopted openness, here you can ask and the answers here can be trusted. The team will not deceive me. My colleagues are honest people, there is no double meaning behind their words, there will be no setup.

In a team, people trust each other. There is no need to control the work of everyone here, in the team it is clear that people came here to work, and not to take time off. They need to be supported, not controlled. We do not beat for mistakes. Behind the mistake we see a lack of experience and skills: therefore we do not swear, but support and teach. We write for memory, not for protection. There is no need to fix everything in writing, proving your words: they are telling the truth here.
