What is a modern Senior like?

How has the aging model changed over the last 20 years, and what remains the same for people 60+? How important is a healthy lifestyle for the most common diseases affecting the elderly? These questions are answered by our experts and invited guests.

Beata Borucka, blogger, author of books and undoubtedly the most famous grandmother in Poland, got involved in the campaign.

You will find all this in the next edition of the nationwide educational campaign The Point “Contemporary Senior. Health lifestyle ”.

The main content partners of the project were: the Polish Society of Gerontology, the Polish Society for the Study of Pain, the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation, and the City Hall of St. Warsaw Senior Policy Implementation Team, while the main Media Partner was the Medonet portal.
