Why do we need cleaning?

  • When cleaning, adhere to a high-grade proper nutrition (diets are strictly prohibited!)
  • Choose the cleansing methods that are most comfortable for you, so as not to put the body into a state of stress and not reduce your efforts to zero.
  • Correct cleansing of the body from toxins begins with cleansing the intestines, because it is here that slagging of the body begins
  • During brushing, headaches, weakness, and nausea may occur as a temporary side effect. If these symptoms are lingering, see your doctor.
  • Perform any cleansing no more than 2 times a year.
  • Before cleansing the body, be sure to consult your doctorespecially if you have a chronic medical condition. In addition, keep in mind that detox has absolute contraindications: intensive cleansing is strictly prohibited for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Organ cleaning methods

Cleaning of the intestine

  • Adjust your diet for at least 1-2 weeks: give up fast food, fried, flour, sweet, carbonated drinks. Eat more vegetables, fruits and herbs.
  • Organize one fasting day a week, for example, during the day you can eat apples (no more than 2 kg), drink mineral water and herbal tea.
  • Give an enema with an Esmarch mug. Today, a variety of recipes for enemas are offered, but it is enough to make the usual one: just heat up 2 liters of water and fill them. This method is not allowed to be done intensively, it is enough once a week (for a month), otherwise you can remove substances useful to the body along with toxins.
  • Some doctors recommend fasting once a week (liquid fast). But such measures can be taken only after consultation with a gastroenterologist… It is better to take a simplified cleaning system: also arrange a raw food day once a week (that is, for 24 hours in your diet you can only have raw vegetables and fruits and clean water without gases).

Cleaning the liver

  • Take 2-3 medium beets, boil, chop finely and mix with the broth. Grind the mixture with a hand blender. Take the resulting mass in several steps. Then lie down with a heating pad on your right side.
  • Prepare buckwheat porridge with vegetable oil for breakfast. It should be cooked for only 2 minutes, and then infused (the longer, the better). Buckwheat well removes toxins from the body, lowers the level of cholesterol in the blood.
  • In the morning on an empty stomach, drink non-carbonated mineral water, add a spoonful of sorbitol to it, then lie on your right side, placing a heating pad on the liver area. This will expel the bile.
  • Another way to drive away bile: buy the appropriate collection at the pharmacy and also lie down with a heating pad on the liver after taking it.

Cleansing the kidneys

 
  • Drink more fluids.
  • For a while, give up flour, sweet and meat.
  • Eat more raw fruits and vegetables.
  • An effective method of kidney detoxification is the use of juices, and with this purification, stones and sand are dissolved and removed not only from the kidneys, but also from the gallbladder. The best juices for cleansing are considered. You can drink 1 glass of birch sap with 1 teaspoon of honey every day. Carrot – can be taken in a quarter cup 4 times a day. Drink pumpkin juice ½ cup twice a day. Juice cleaning is recommended for 3 weeks to 2 months.
  • It is easy to determine that the kidneys are cleared: the indicator is the transparency of the urine.

 

Detox supplements

Breathing exercises. Place your feet shoulder-width apart and inhale slowly through your nose. When the lungs are filled with air, start exhaling: press your lips tightly to your teeth, and push out the air with a few short exhalations. While doing this, tighten your abdominals. These exercises are best done outdoors or in a ventilated area.

Detox aromatherapy. Breathing cleansing exercises can be done against a background of appropriate aromas. The following blend is believed to have a detoxifying effect:

Cleansing through the skin. Stimulating the elimination of toxins through the sweat and sebaceous glands are facilitated by sea salt baths and algae-based wraps. By the way, these procedures contribute to weight loss and fight against cellulite.
