Types of fasting days
On a “hungry” day
You can eat up to 1,5 kg of apples, and drink up to 2 liters of liquid – tea without sugar or water. Apples can be baked.
Kefir fasting day. The regime of this most severe variant of the fasting day is as follows. During the day (but no later than 20:00) every 2-3 hours you should drink 1-2 glasses of low-fat (!) Kefir.
If in between taking kefir there is a feeling of thirst, you can drink non-carbonated water. And if hunger begins to haunt – eat 1-2 tablespoons of wheat bran.
On a “well-fed” day
You can take protein foods. For example, boil chicken without adding salt. Divide it into 6 equal parts (without skin and bones) – here you have food for the whole day.
As in the “hungry” version, you need to drink water (2 liters per day) or weakly brewed tea.
You can make a salad “brush”. Grate 0,5 kg raw carrots + 0,5 kg raw beets + 0,5 kg celery. Divide the whole salad into 8-10 pieces and eat it throughout the day. Remember to drink 2 liters of water.
Such a salad-“brush”, passing through the gastrointestinal tract, will cleanse it. As a result, you will lose 1 kg of weight in one day.
