For proper regeneration, the body needs a minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep and this should determine the daily schedule. It is equally important to take care of organizing a few days of rest, if only by taking a break from the busy, stressful work for this time.

You can’t forget about sports either. Any movement stimulates action, releases hormones of happiness, thus also encouraging to undertake sexual activity. In addition, sport helps to get rid of accumulated stress and relax – which very often stands in the way of a successful life.

Male fertility and addictions

Addictions are also not among the factors conducive to fertility. One of the most common, unfortunately, is smoking. And here it has been proven that it significantly affects the quality of sperm, which become less mobile as a result of smoking – and as we know, this is one of their key properties for procreation. Another stimulant that is important for men in the context of fertility is alcohol. Its too frequent consumption in excessive amounts very often leads to erectile dysfunction and weakening the ability of sperm to fertilize. Smoking marijuana, in turn, reduces the amount of sperm produced and carries the risk of damaging already fertilized eggs.

Well, above all, leading a healthy lifestyle, in which there will be room for both healthy eating and physical activity. A diet with carnitine, amino acids, vitamins A and C, zinc, and omega 3 fatty acids will help strengthen sperm. Avoiding stimulants will also bring measurable benefits in this matter. It is also worth remembering to avoid hot baths, tight underwear – any overheating of the testicles, which in turn stops sperm production. You can also improve fertility by taking supplements – vitamins will work in this area too!
