We often look at pictures of women who have lost a lot of weight on social networks, look at the profiles of “fit babies” and dream of being like them. But often we mistake retouching, photoshop, filters and just a good angle for reality.
American fitness trainer Anna-Victoria not only helps women to make their figures perfect, but also teaches her clients to believe in themselves and love their body, whatever it may be.
The coach launched a challenge under the hashtags #StopFixingBodies #StartFixingTheWorld, which urge you not to get hung up on angles! Anna-Victoria believes that the whole thing is in a good or bad angle, and she shows this on herself: a fitness guru makes a collage of pictures while standing with her stomach pulled in and the next one – sitting, with folds. The point is that the pictures were taken several minutes apart!
“Girls, you often ask me to share my everyday pictures. The picture on the left is me before the party, and the second photo was taken … in 2 minutes! You know very well that each of us has good angles, and there are unsuccessful ones. So why do we let bad angles ruin our lives? If you only think about the bad, then there will be no time left to look good …
The influence of social media forces you to compare yourself to others, poke and poke your body. These infinitely perfect Instagram shots make you feel complex. We live in a society that expects complexes from you, but you are obliged to love your body and not be ashamed of it.
The photo in which I am with my stomach in is 1% of my life. 99% of the time I am like this, with folds. And I love all of my photographs equally, each angle has its own value. Do not be ashamed of anything, and with age, you will still have stretch marks, cellulite or unevenness, and your skin will sag. Say thank you to your body. How can I be angry with my body for this “flaw”? I will not punish my body. I will continue to ask about the “ideal figure”. I will love my body, ”Anna-Victoria addressed the audience.
Other fitness trainers supported the idea of a colleague and also put the pictures in good and bad angles. The idea of women is for people to finally understand and accept the body without feeling ugly due to belly folds and other imperfections.
