Students never have enough money. There are many reasons for this: a small scholarship, a difficult financial situation.
A student must receive three meals a day. Consider a typical weekday for a typical student. Classes last 6-8 hours, it turns out that one food falls out of the diet due to lack of time. How to be? After all, every meal should be complete. A student’s proper diet should include the right amount of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
The student must eat three to four times a day. There is no need to justify being busy. Irregular food intake is most often the result of laziness, rather than a busy schedule. You need to devote time to the process of eating: sit down and calmly, without rushing and without being distracted, eat. No need to overuse fast food. They are not only useless, but harmful. The student’s diet should be varied and include fruits, vegetables, meat, cereals, fish, nuts.
In the morning you need to stock up on energy. A variety of cereals are suitable for this: semolina, oatmeal, rice, buckwheat, rolled oats, barley, cereal mixtures. They are nutritious, quick to prepare, and contain a variety of vitamins and fiber.
At the institute or university, it is advisable to have a snack with kefir, yogurt. Sandwiches, apples, banana are also suitable.
Today, in any university, they strive to organize the proper nutrition of the student. For this, canteens work and you can have a snack, and sometimes have a good lunch there.
If you are dining at home, it is best to eat hot food. If this is not possible, it is advisable to do this in the morning or in the evening. You can sometimes fry fish or meat for lunch.
For dinner, it is best to prepare a vegetable salad, you can have a snack with fruits. Remember: you need to have supper until seven o’clock in the evening. A heavy late dinner can lead to insomnia and stomach pain.
Students should avoid carbonated drinks such as Coca-Cola, chips, and crackers in their meals. Don’t get used to snacks on the go! Students are thinking people, and the brain cannot do without food additives and vitamins!
