Why you need a special cosmetic bag for a beach holiday

Everyone knows that the face must be protected from ultraviolet radiation. And although at sea this recommendation becomes many times more relevant, it is often ignored, trying to quickly tan. It is not right. A competent approach implies increased protection: for example, if in the city in the summer you use a product with SPF 20-30, then on vacation in hot countries the figure should increase to SPF 50+.
People with naturally pale skin should be especially careful, because the lighter it is, the weaker its own mechanism of protection from the sun, which means that the risk of getting burned increases.
Ideally, sunscreen packaging should have two labels – SPF / PPD.
SPF (Sun Protection Factor) shows that the sunscreen blocks UV-B rays, protecting the skin from redness and sunburn.
PPD (Persistent Pigment Darkening) reflects type A rays responsible for photoaging.

When choosing a cream with SPF, consider several factors:
your phototype;
the geographical location of the resort;
season;

At the beginning of your vacation, choose cosmetics with a high degree of protection – SPF 50. This will help the skin adapt to the sun without any stress. After a few days, when she gets used to the new conditions, you can switch to products with SPF 20-30, depending on your phototype.
