It happens that everything in your refrigerator is ideal for … yeast dough – and even your appetite, but there is no yeast or the ones you were counting on turned out to be spoiled. Yeast can be replaced.
Take kefir – a quarter of a glass and 1 glass of flour, mix. Kefir can be replaced with apple juice. This leaven will be ready in a day. Feel free to mix it into ordinary baking – it will be no worse than yeast!
In order not to insist on the sourdough every time – pinch off a piece from the finished dough and “ferment” again – the dishes will turn out to be even tastier.
