  4. Food poisoning with expired products, early vegetables (cucumbers, radishes), berries (watermelons). In no case should you eat early “harvests”.
  5. Exacerbation of diseases of the digestive system. Sick liver, gallbladder, pancreas will make themselves felt with yellow or dark feces, residues of undigested food in them.

St. John’s wort, oregano are dangerous for the fruit, like linden, mint is undesirable. Even experienced gynecologists and therapists avoid herbal treatments. Sometimes antibiotics do less harm. The menu for expectant mothers with a disorder should include boiled low-fat dishes.

  • On the first day, they drink a lot of liquid, cook rice, and drain the water from the boiled product and consume it during the day. Croutons and crispbreads, jelly are allowed.
  • You can eat viscous porridge without oil and sugar. You need to cook them in water. For the time being, it is better to refuse milk altogether.
  • On the following days, weak chicken and vegetable broths are allowed. Fresh vegetables and fruits can only irritate the intestines suffering from the disorder.
  • Fermented milk products, but with a minimum amount of fat (kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt) are welcome. But if the condition does not improve with nutrition alone, the doctor prescribes drugs for the pregnant woman.

It is dangerous to “play doctor” on your own. Responsibility for oneself and the unborn child does not give such a right. Pain relievers and digestive aids cannot be taken without supervision.

Sedatives like corvalol and valerian are also dangerous (only validol, but in emergencies). Only activated carbon is not contraindicated.
