What can be planted in the country in July
If you are vacationing at the dacha, keep in mind: in 2-3 weeks the crop can be grown from scratch. So, it is not too late to plant.

If you use early varieties and hybrids, as well as modern covering nonwovens (lutrasil, spunbond) or plastic wrap to cover crops and plantings, then you are guaranteed a quick release yield.

Many new types of strawberries have been developed relatively recently. If you want tasty aromatic berries in July and August, pay attention to early ripening and remontant varieties, they give two harvests per summer season. You can find strawberry seedlings in any horticultural market. The berries are grown both in containers and in vertical beds.
Chinese cabbage, lettuce, rucola (mustard salad)
Term: 15–20 days.
Peking cabbage and lettuce are early maturing crops. If you grow not a head, but a leafy type of Peking cabbage, then the harvest can be obtained in just two weeks. Seeds are sown into grooves to a depth of 0,5 cm, moistened and covered with foil. After emergence, the film is removed. For cabbage, the acidity of the soil is important. If the soil is acidic, add ash or chalk.

To have fresh greens, you need to purchase the roots of these plants (you can in a grocery store) and plant them in the beds. You can do the same with other root vegetables if you need their greens (for example, beets, rutabagas, etc.).

It should be remembered that radishes require good watering and thinning of seedlings with dense sowing, so that at least 2-3 cm remain between the plants.

Watercress grows quickly and is not afraid of thickening when sown. A large amount of greenery can be obtained in a small area. The seeds are sown in moist soil. The plant does not like prolonged heat and exposure to sunlight. Regular watering is required.

To get fresh herbs, soak the bulbs in warm water for a day, and then cut the neck and plant in damp ground. Just plant the garlic cloves in damp ground.
Dill, coriander, basil, mustard
Term: 3 weeks.
Seeds should be soaked in advance and preferably with growth stimulants for 1-2 days. Sowing in fertile soil. It is important to monitor the humidity and water the plants on time.
Term: 2 weeks.
It can even be planted in a shady area. Spinach tolerates cold well and is not picky about care. The seeds are planted in a row in damp ground. When the first pair of leaves appears, thin out, leaving the strongest plants. The culture loves moisture, as without enough water, the leaves become coarse.
