Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be ignored. Indeed, during the working day, not everyone manages to eat well, and therefore the task of the first meal is to provide a person with energy. At the same time, according to Hector Jimenez-Bravo, it should be not only satisfying, but also light.

The best option is oatmeal, which can be cooked very tasty and varied. In water, in milk, add honey to taste, nuts, berries or dried fruits. Just not instant cereals, which contain flavorings and preservatives of dubious quality.

It is good to add freshly squeezed juice to breakfast – a source of a large amount of vitamins. The juice boosts immunity and stimulates digestion. Drink freshly squeezed juice immediately after preparation.

 

An alternative to breakfast, according to Hector, is a vegetable or fruit smoothie. Unlike juice, smoothies contain fiber, so they are much more saturated. You can add honey, nuts to the drink – and you will have enough satiety until dinner.

It’s also a good idea to make a fruit salad for breakfast with cheese, yogurt or cottage cheese. And lovers of sweets can pamper themselves with pastries with sweet jams – eaten in the morning, they are not deposited with extra centimeters at the waist. Fresh aromatic pastries cheer you up, and this is the key to a successful working day.
