2-Ginger and lemon in a cold drink

Combine 50 cl of water in your container for a finger of grated ginger. Boil for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat, filter the juice obtained. Add honey (to your liking) as well as the juice of a lemon. Let everything cool and put it in the fridge.
