In an experiment by psychologists from Ohio State University (USA), women did step aerobics. In some groups, the trainer emphasized the health benefits of exercise, while in others she poured phrases like “Your legs will look great!”. In the first case, women enjoyed the exercise, gained new energy, became proud of themselves and got rid of feelings of anxiety, which could not be said about women from other groups.
