After many high intensity workouts, Esther and Gema Pineda, better known as the Pin Twins, follow the course of their fitness routines with a circuit focused on waist reduction. What happens when all the exercises are dedicated to tone the body? That some difficult areas are forgotten, such as the waist. At the same time that the abdomen, the personal trainers have found the ideal activities to not suffer excessively while practicing and reaching these parts of the body that are not emphasized.
The routine proposed by the Pin Twins to achieve a wasp waist consists of five exercises to perform in 15 minutes. in total there are 3 series of 15 repetitions, with 15 seconds of rest between series and series. No material is needed, just motivation to do this routine set so that waist decrease the odd centimeter. The training was created and took place at the Reto 48 Moraleja facilities.

Exercise 1: lateral twists
With the knees slightly bent, we extend our arms forward and repeatedly bring them to one side and to the other. It is necessary to avoid that the trunk moves since these movements have to be made only by the waist.
Exercise 2: lateral knee raise
Always raising the same knee to the side and keeping the arms at chest level, we try to reach them with the knee raise. “The exercise is alternated with a squat and then back up to the height of the arms,” say the experts.
Exercise 3: hip twist
forming a kind of cross with the body, with the feet separated more or less at the height of the shoulders, we descend towards the ground at the same time that the arms form a vertical straight line. “The hips are flexed and we turn, hand holding the opposite foot,” explain the Pin Twins.
Exercise 4: lateral bends
One of the simplest exercises in this routine, but one that requires balance and strength. With the hands on the hips, we bring the leg as far as possible to the side, without losing the axis point. Also, since the waist will contract, it is a great leg stretch.
Exercise 5: pyramid
In a pyramid position on the ground, with our feet and hands on the ground, we touch the hand with the opposite foot, making a small pause in the center as a plank. Remember that the hands and feet must have the same opening.
