Every year those desperate to lose weight invent more and more new ways to lose weight. Are new diets so useful and how many kilograms can you lose by adhering to such a diet?
“Greek diet”: minus 1,5 kg per week
On the Greek diet, it is allowed to eat only foods with a low glycemic index that do not cause spikes in blood sugar: oatmeal, black and cereal bread, brown rice, peas, soybeans, vegetables, and even dark chocolate and fruits. Each meal should contain protein in the form of lean meats, fish, seafood, skim milk, and legumes.
Fats can only be eaten from avocados, nuts and virgin olive oil. Salt should be excluded from the diet altogether. Aerobic exercise should be added to the diet.
The Greek diet for weight loss is varied, however, the results are too exaggerated. To get things done, you need to be patient. This diet is considered one of the healthiest and is suitable for almost everyone.
Diet “Minus one size in 3 days”
For nutrition, you should choose exclusively organic, protein-rich food, steamed. These are natural foods high in calcium – cottage cheese, milk, cheese, fish, green leafy vegetables, and mineral supplements. You should give up sugar, products from wheat flour, caffeine, alcohol. Exercise and training are required.
The diet consists of 3 parts: a high-protein three-day, 2 radical weeks and an exit to constant nutrition – sparing.
This diet is expensive as natural foods cost a lot. It is diverse enough and does not get boring. The effectiveness of the diet is achieved by removing excess fluid from the body.
The disadvantage of the diet is a large amount of calcium in the diet, an excess of which disrupts metabolic processes in the body.
“Sleepy diet”: minus 0,5 kg per week
The diet is based on research on lack of sleep and weight gain. The main thing in this diet is good rest. To do this, you need to create all the conditions: no TV, no snacks or work in the bedroom. It is also recommended to stop drinking coffee, alcohol and nicotine, minimize stress, spend more time in the fresh air and do gymnastics every day.
Meals are developed for 3 weeks and consist of soups, low-fat dairy products, vegetables and fruits. You cannot shy away from a meal plan. The diet is effective enough to lose fat rather than water.
Shangri-La Diet: Effective Weight Loss and Appetite Control
In this diet, you do not need to give up something, and it is not necessary to follow the diet. You can eat whatever you want, but always fresh and high quality. Before each meal, you need to take a teaspoon of olive oil, or a glass of water with a teaspoon of sugar. This will reduce your appetite and help you feel full faster.
Such a diet is not good for the body, and the effectiveness of the diet has not been proven.
“Jeans diet”: minus 2 kg per week
This diet is very low in calories. It is divided into 2 cycles: two-week intensive (1200 kcal per day plus any amount of tea and coffee) and half-year sparing (1500 kcal per day). The menu includes foods with a low glycemic index: vegetables, legumes, whole grains. A forbidden sweet, such as a slice of cake, is allowed once a week.
The diet is effective due to its low calorie content. But along with fat, muscle mass is also lost, and there is no strength to fully engage in such a diet. This diet reduces the metabolic rate and threatens to breakdowns.
Sandwich diet “: minus 3 kg in 10 days
The diet has two parts. The first part lasts 10 days (1300-1800 kcal per day), the second part is a lifelong diet, only occasionally the first part is applied.
The diet involves eating sandwiches (up to 12 slices of grain bread a day, spread with a thin layer of mustard, ketchup, cottage cheese, avocado paste, olives, garlic, vegetable puree, etc.), as well as vegetables and soups from them. You cannot eat fatty and sweet foods. In the second part, beans, brown rice, durum wheat pasta, lean meat, fish and poultry are added to the menu.
The range of the sandwich diet is wide enough and it is comfortable to sit on such a diet. The diet is effective by limiting sweet and fatty foods. Suitable for those who like to snack on sandwiches.
