The winners of our competition continue their classes at the #Sekta Perfect Body School, eat right and become slimmer and slimmer! With the advent of warm days, new ones were added to the already familiar workouts in the gym – jogging, because running is a good way to diversify physical activity. Plus, running workouts take place outdoors, which is awesome!
Alina Maslovskaya, curator of the #Sekta School of Ideal Body in Omsk, and Oksana Zhuravskaya, a trainee, told Woman’s Day why running training is great.
– It’s time to start jogging, and it is no coincidence that we launched the sektarun direction right now: with the arrival of warm days, it is easier to start this type of training – comfortable weather, pleasant greenery around (training takes place in the park of the 30th anniversary of the Komsomol), friendly people are resting and walking nearby. It is a pleasure to study in such an atmosphere, – says Alina Maslovskaya.
– All that is needed for such activities is a sports uniform and sneakers. You don’t need to buy any exercise equipment or special equipment. Running is a natural type of load that has always been available to people. Humanity has always been running, it is still running and will continue to run, – Oksana Zhuravskaya is sure.

– Running allows you to relieve nervous tension, while running, endorphin is produced – a hormone of good mood, bad thoughts recede, immunity increases, because the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin in the blood increases, – explains Alina Maslovskaya. – Running has a positive effect on the musculoskeletal system. After a working day spent sitting at a computer in the office, it is very pleasant and useful to go for a run.
“Of course, everyone can run on their own, but in the“ School of the ideal body #Sekta ”there is a special approach to running training,” says Oksana Zhuravskaya. – Different types of running loads (which, by the way, develop endurance) alternate with special exercises (dynamic warm-ups, stretching, etc.), and in addition, they monitor the correct and balanced nutrition of the participants. After all, the main goal of all classes in the “School #Sekta” is the opportunity to find perfectly beautiful body shapes.
“Oksana Zhuravskaya, a trainee in the Omsk“ School of the Ideal Body #Sekta ”, curator of the running direction, is a regular participant in various races that are held every year in Omsk,” says Alina Maslovskaya. – On May 24, the traditional spring half marathon-handicap will be held in our city, and we invited the girls who train with us to participate in it, many responded – and we began training.

– I got to the running training almost by accident – I missed the main one and wanted to catch up. Running has never been my favorite pastime for me. I don’t know why, but I didn’t understand why people were running. For those who think about running in the same way that I thought, I advise you to look for positive motivation – find a reason why you need to run. During the first run, it was hard for me, I stopped and I switched to a step, but gradually it became easier and easier each time. And now you are running without stopping, gradually increasing the distance. Now my goal is not distance, but overall running time. And running training in #Sekta is, first of all, an opportunity to discharge and only then is a way to lose weight. After all, I perfectly understand how much I need to run to achieve the effect of losing weight – very, very much. Running in sektarun is great! I believe that a lot depends on who is around you. Here I run in the company of people who share my lifestyle and a mentor who helps a lot. They told me how to run correctly, set the running technique, organized a training session and selected a route. Today, of course, I am a beginner, so to speak, a lover of running. But every running workout is a joy for me and an opportunity to overcome myself. I think in the near future running will become my habit and I will run my first marathon!
