And facades, assortment and additional services for customers – this is just the beginning, which will affect 2020 stores in 130: 100 brand new supermarkets, and another 30 will undergo reconstruction.

In supermarkets covering an area of ​​over 800 square meters, there will be two paths for customers: a short and a long one. The first optimizes shopping for those who need to quickly buy fresh food, some cooking and go home. The long route will appeal to those who have time: the path runs along the perimeter of the trading floor through the departments with fish, meat, delicacies, dairy products, groceries, drinks … The chances of missing out on an interesting unfamiliar brand or new product tend to zero.

The innovations that will make grocery and household shopping more enjoyable are timed to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the Perekrestok chain. Clover will remain the main symbol of supermarkets, but now the petals are filled. Also, the font of the signs has changed and the dots above the letter “ё” in the title have returned.

The management of the supermarket chain informs that the innovations will still not allow customers to make a mistake with the door – the beloved Perekrestok is still recognizable.
