The first gastronomic congress of the year will be held in just over a week, Madrid Fusion 2014 It will take place at the Palacio de Congresos del Campo de las Naciones (Madrid) from January 27 to 29. There are some novelties in its development, although for the congressmen there will be no differences.
They say that they hold two congresses in one because Taste Spain has organized a part of the congress, specifically the one that will take place in the afternoon. Thus, the auditorium of the Palacio de Congresos in the morning will be the setting for the congress Madrid Fusion and in the afternoon of the congress Taste Spain. They also make a difference, arguing that the first will be dedicated to avant-garde cuisine and the second to traditional cuisine. It should be noted that there is also a difference in price, the morning session per day is 100 euros and the afternoon session is 60 euros, with a discount if the ticket is purchased for two or three days.

In this congress, these workshops have a price of 100 euros, unless the ticket to Madrid Fusión is also purchased for one, two or three days, in which case the price is reduced to 50%. It should be noted that there are several of the workshops covered, there are no places left for Joan Roca, Quique Dacosta, Jordi Cruz and Dani García (as the days progress, others will be completed).
