To prepare it, you need a bag of rice, we recommend brown rice. After boiling, let the water cool down for a while, it should be hot, but not boiling. Let’s pour it over the rice in a bowl so that it reaches 2 cm above it. Leave it for a few hours under a cloth, stirring the contents of the bowl occasionally. The turbidity of the water is a signal to pour it into the bottle. Use the tonic for up to 3 days, storing in the fridge.
