Once upon a time there was a husband and a wife. Valentina and Sergey met at the institute, where they studied together. She is 19, he is 22. After college they got married out of great love. A son was born two years later. The young couple worked hard, rented an apartment.
Years passed, my husband was promoted. Own housing appeared – a three-room apartment. Spacious, bright, with high ceilings.
This family has always had peace and harmony, comfort and warmth. And most importantly – love! This was collectively called happiness. But life is fleeting! Before they had time to look back, the son grew up and flew away from his native nest.
Pension crept imperceptibly – time to live for yourself. But soon grief struck – Valentina Nikolaevna became a widow. She is 67, he is -70. She was left alone. Further life turned into existence. The son, wife and children have lived in the United States for many years. She saw her son’s wife only twice, and her grandchildren once.
