How to dry your hair without harming them

If you want to strengthen your hair and save it from falling out, at home it is better to abandon thermal appliances altogether. To be honest, we at Healthy-Food do not really believe in folk remedies for strengthening hair. Perhaps they can only be used as an addition to massage, procedures and ready-made care products – at least the effectiveness of the latter has been proven. Keeping hair from falling out with only “grandmother’s recipes” is not a very reliable undertaking. But still, there are no direct contraindications to their use, and even we ourselves use them – for example, when our favorite shampoo or mask ends, but more often out of curiosity, to share our experience with you.

Cognac shampoo

Ingredients:

  • 2,5 Art. l cognac;

  • 2 egg yolks;
