– I have good skin, but in the spring it requires additional moisture. I remove active products with acids from the treatment, and I want to somehow invigorate the skin. I do not expect miracles from a moisturizing mask – it will not transform the skin, but it should even out its relief and make it soft and nourished.

Expectation: I wanted to find a basic moisturizing mask that will relieve peeling and become a lifesaver for normal skin. Green tea gekuro and dipotassium glycyrrhizate should lighten the skin and prevent the appearance of age spots.

Reality: the mask has a pleasant creamy texture, very easy to apply, spreads over the face quickly and without problems. It dries for a long time – it is better to remove the hair from the face and not go to bed right away – you can “stick” to the pillow. This mask is advised to be removed with napkins or simply left on the face – I washed it off with water, it would not be very comfortable to stay in it overnight. After washing without foam, I didn’t want to apply the cream: the skin was soft, nourished and pleasant to the touch. In general, it would be interesting to check the mask at different times of the year – it feels like it is more suitable for the spring-summer season, after which you feel freshness.

Rating: 9 of 10 points. I took off one point due to some stickiness at the beginning, but after 15 minutes you forget about it, and you can go about your business. I liked that the product was thoughtfully tested by the brand: first, they try each new product 12 times on 600 volunteers, and if an allergy occurs at least once, they revise the composition of the product.

The aesthetics of the brand are close to me – bright tin cans, super-pleasant fragrances and an instant effect.

Expectation: the mask should moisturize on three levels: instantly thanks to orange blossom honey and natural coconut oil, medium-term thanks to the combination of malic acid and fine clay, and long-term – because the composition contains hyaluronic, citric and acrylic acids. In general, it should be magical (and enjoyable).

Reality: The mask resembles boiled condensed milk in texture and color – unusual, standard moisturizing masks do not surprise you with either smell or color. It is applied perfectly, the skin does not sting, it is as comfortable to walk with it as possible. It is invisible on the face – there is neither film nor grains of clay, you can safely use it in the office on days when there is no makeup. I do this, and my colleagues still haven’t noticed 🙂 I definitely wash it off – after that I don’t want to apply the cream, the skin is smooth, soft and matte. Oh yes, the scent of the biscuit will stay with me even after removing the mask – it is very relaxing.

Evaluation: 10 of 10, I use it with pleasure and plan on gifts for my friends – they will definitely appreciate it!

Clarins’ wide range of moisturizers is suitable for almost everyone – these are universal products that are on the shelves of most beauty lovers.

Expectation: I tried the entire HydraQuench series and hoped that the mask would become a worthy continuation of the skincare chain: tonic, biphasic serum and cream. The mask should have a long-lasting effect, soften the skin and relieve its exfoliation thanks to hyaluronic acid and cataphray bark extract. Extracts from rowan buds will provide the skin with a radiant appearance.

Reality: cream-colored mask with a delicate powdery aroma – pleasant to fall asleep. I applied it to my “naked” face after a hard day. It is absorbed very quickly, like a cream, without leaving marks or streaks. Silicones are not felt in the texture, but they are in the composition – you will have to rinse off! I removed it from my face with wet wipes for make-up remover – the skin visibly freshened up and became soft. I cannot say that this is a magical remedy for special occasions. Rather a good “workhorse” that will become a worthy step in a morning or evening grooming ritual. Suitable for normal, dry and dehydrated skin in the off-season.

Evaluation: 10 of 10, a separate merci for perfume.

– Usually I do not use moisturizing masks and limit myself only to creams, but it seems the time has come to change that. Winter, cold winds and the heating season have done a lot of damage to my skin: it became tight, peeling appeared. The moisturizing mask seemed to me the only right solution. My peers are Declare mask for sensitive skin and Caudalie cream mask.

Expectation: from Declare Hydro Intensive Mask I expected just good hydration. I dreamed that after the first application the peeling would disappear, the skin would be soft, fresh and nourished. SRC-Complex, algae extract and bisabolol are responsible for this in the composition of the product. According to the manufacturer, the skin after use will become smooth and radiant, fine wrinkles will be smoothed out.

Reality: I used the mask for the night. I washed my face in the traditional way with hydrophilic oil, patted my face with a towel and applied the mask in a thin layer. I left it on for 20 minutes. In consistency, the cream resembles a thick thick cream, has a white color and an unobtrusive pharmacy aroma. The face felt great: there was no irritation, no discomfort on the skin. The mask is perfect for sensitive skin.

Nevertheless, I would not call it a perfect product. After 20 minutes, I washed myself with warm water and dabbed my face with a towel. The skin is very soft, soft and smooth. Not a hint of irritation or redness. As soon as I was glad that I could do without a moisturizer for the night, my skin immediately tightened. At the same time, she remained as tender as a peach.

Rating: 5 of 10 points. Everything in the mask is good, but hydration was not enough for me. Save for late spring and summer.

Expectation: The Caudalie mask, according to the manufacturer, is 85,5 percent natural and does not contain parabens or other harmful ingredients. It promises thorough hydration and nutrition. The packaging also says that after use, the skin becomes soft, tender, hydrated and supple. I would like the mask to remove flaking and tightness, and also make the skin tone fresher and more uniform.

Reality: The mask is very pleasant in consistency – such a greasy cream. I applied it in the evening and left it overnight, in the morning I just washed it with foam. The sensations immediately after application turned out to be quite pleasant: the skin almost immediately “ate” the mask and became tender, but a little sticky. The coolest thing is that the product can be applied to the area around the eyes. I did not feel any irritation or discomfort. In the morning, the skin looked smoother and fresher. To the touch – the face is soft and tender, like a baby’s ass. Peeling and redness went away immediately, which I liked the most. After washing, the skin remained the same nourished and moisturized.

Rating: 10 out of 10. Now this is my favorite mask: it perfectly moisturizes and does not cause irritation – just a dream!

Reality: Rilastil Aqua Moisturizing mask is easy to apply. Apply in a generous layer to the face and neck and remove after 5-15 minutes with a tissue or cotton pad.

The smell is subtle and non-irritating. The sensations during the presence of the mask are pleasant.

In the case of using the product before bedtime, the first changes are observed the next morning. The skin looks healthy and hydrated. True, the effect is enough for only a few days. The tool has a cumulative effect. It will be possible to feel real changes at least in a few weeks.

Rating: 7 of 10 points. I was satisfied with the product, but lowered the rating due to the fact that I cannot enjoy perfect skin instantly.

– Due to the fact that my skin is very sensitive and prone to allergic reactions, I have to be very meticulous in choosing the products that I am going to apply on my face. I was not familiar with the Swiss brand JUVENA before and would probably have passed by the shelves where this cosmetics is presented. Firstly, I try to take proven brands, and secondly, for me this is too exorbitant price for a 75 ml jar. Hope it’s worth it!

Reality: “The best does not mean expensive” – this is my motto, which has helped me out more than once. But in this case, the real price coincided with the quality and the product did not disappoint me.

The new beauty mask from the Swiss brand JUVENA, which contains Euglena Gracilis algae extract, hyaluronic acid, SkinNova SC Technology, pentavitin, vitamin E, bisabolol and other “benefits”, has a delicate creamy texture that literally melts, and such an incredible aroma. that you just want to put the tube next to it and inhale it constantly. The product somehow magically affects the deep layers of the skin, as a result of which elasticity and elasticity increase, traces of fatigue disappear and mimic wrinkles become less noticeable.

The product must be applied to previously cleansed skin, left for 5-10 minutes, and then gently rinsed with cool water. You can, of course, use special wipes, but it’s more comfortable for me to wash off the mask so that nothing foreign remains on the skin.

Rating: 10 of 10 points. I hope this miracle cure will last for a long time!

– I am skeptical about all these expensive masks, which in 10 minutes will saturate my skin with moisture and smooth out fine wrinkles. Well, really – I don’t believe it. There is no better nourishment and moisturizing for the skin than the natural masks prepared by the most. I am a fan of smearing my face with strawberries or cucumber, applying sour cream. But here I was bribed by the composition – a fairly short list of ingredients without obvious chemistry and the presence of rose extract. I consider this flower a cosmetic queen and for many years I have never parted with rose water, which I order for my friends in Bulgaria. Let’s see if the mask is as good as the manufacturers paint it.

Expectation: from a moisturizing mask? Actually, hydration. Let’s see how it fills in wrinkles and “gives water” to my winter-tired skin. This Latvian brand is praised for its magical fragrances, in all reviews it is completely delightful about the aroma and texture. But it is not very clear if there is any effect behind all this?

Reality: okay, I admit: the scent of the mask is simply stunning. Rose, dew drops on the petals – and you seem to be burying your face in them. Here is the effect! It’s just aromatherapy and spa treatment right away. Also the mask of pale pink color is beauty. The texture is gel-like and quite watery – it spreads easily on the face, pleasantly cools the skin and really creates the impression of moisture on the skin. But the end result … honestly, I didn’t see that instant glow, I didn’t feel like mine was getting drunk. Yes, a pleasant sensation, but I wanted to apply the cream right after washing. In the description of the mask, the cumulative effect is declared, that is, every time I should notice more changes. While I have done two procedures, I will not say that I am disappointed, but there is no wild delight either.

Evaluation: 7 of 10. Most of the points are for the pleasure of the process. The mask does not give a wow effect.

– After the winter, I noticed peeling on my skin, so I had to apply the day cream in two layers. And while I was looking and reading reviews about moisturizers, I got tested with La Roche Posay Intensive Moisturizing Mask. To be honest, I didn’t think that this remedy would help save my face the first time. But, fortunately, I was wrong …

Expectation: the manufacturer writes that due to the content of fragmented hyaluronic acid, shea butter and wax in the composition, the product intensively moisturizes and regenerates skin of any type. But the most amazing thing is that you only need to keep the mask on the skin for 10 minutes!

Reality: First of all, I was bribed by the composition of the product. It does not contain parabens, but it does have La Roche Posay thermal water. I also liked the gel texture, which fits perfectly on the skin, is instantly absorbed, does not tighten and does not cause discomfort. That is, I applied the product and forgot about it for 10 minutes. But the result is very pleasing!

After washing off the remnants of the mask from my face, my skin became soft and velvety. Moreover, the effect lasted all day. And this despite the fact that after La Roche Posay I did not use the cream.

Rating: 10 of 10 points.

– I regularly use a cream for the area around the eyes, but a mask has not yet happened. This made it all the more interesting to test the novelty from the beloved L’Occitane brand.

Expectation: First of all, it should be noted that Reine Blanche, L’Occitane is a 2 in 1. The product can be used both as a gel for the skin around the eyes and as a mask for the skin around the eyes. In the first case, the product must be applied in a thin layer, and in the second – in several layers, leaving for 10 minutes, and then removing the excess with a dry napkin. At the same time, the main properties of the novelty are intense hydration, the fight against signs of fatigue and the smoothing of mimic wrinkles.

Reality: the product instantly became my must-have product. It really moisturizes! It should be noted also the convenient roll-on applicator, which glides perfectly over the skin, cooling it. I was also impressed by a light pleasant aroma, which leaves a trail for a few minutes.

Rating: 10 of 10 points. I recommend to everyone!

– Pamper yourself and your face with a mask – that’s what I am always for. Especially when it comes to the Eldan cosmetic brand. The founder of the brand is a group of Swiss biochemists led by Dr. Alberto Fauci. Perhaps this name does not mean anything to you, but in the world of beauty it has the same authority as, say, the name of Karl Lagerfeld in the world of fashion. Fauci has created thousands of recipes for hundreds of brands in his life. The laboratory under his supervision today produces preparations for 130 cosmetic brands from all over the world.

Expectation: Eldan Gel Mask was originally created for professional care. It is still used today as a basis for short-term massage, microcurrent and ultrasound therapy.

However, nothing prevents you from using it at home. The action of the components of the product is aimed at moisturizing and nourishing the skin. Regular use of the mask (as the company’s cosmetologists promise) slows down the formation of new wrinkles, reduces existing ones and evens out the microrelief.

Reality: before using the product, I really wanted to refresh my face with a scrub. The winter-tired skin was dry and slightly flaky. However, I decided that in this case, the purity of the experiment will not work. And she applied a transparent ointment with a pleasant aroma and similar to jelly without preliminary preparation of the skin for the procedure.

The first thing I felt: a slight burning sensation. It lasted literally a few minutes, but the very next day I decided to ask about the product in more detail. It turned out that this effect is quite acceptable and there are reasons for that.

– Due to the high concentration of active substances with severe dehydration of the skin, at the beginning of applying the mask, a slight burning sensation may occur, which passes after 2-3 minutes. This effect is not a contraindication to use. In rare cases, if the burning sensation does not go away for more than 3 minutes, the mask must be washed off, – the cosmetologists explained to me.

Second sensation: slight chill and then coolness. The mask tones and soothes the skin well.

Third thought: well, wrinkles, have you all disappeared ?!

After 20 minutes, I removed the product from my face and went to bed safely. Good news awaited me in the morning. Of course, skin imperfections did not disappear without a trace overnight (and this does not happen!), But the skin became so soft and delicate that the scrub will definitely not be useful to me for a few more days.

Rating: 7 of 10 points. I was pleased with the effect of the mask.

Expectation: My skin loses a lot of moisture from excessive sweating in the gym, cold air and heating systems. The skin looks dry, tight and reddened.

The H2O Moisturizing Marine Mask promises to retain water in the skin and nourish the essential minerals, while also providing a smooth face.

Reality: In accordance with the instructions on the package, apply a light layer, leave for 10 minutes and then rinse with warm water. It is recommended to use it two or three times a week. You can also leave it overnight to deeply moisturize your face. OASIS Mask – blue gel. Its gel structure is quickly absorbed without leaving marks on the skin. My skin looks and feels hydrated and smooth. The problem of redness of the skin has been significantly reduced and became lighter and smoother. This is definitely a product worth trying.

Rating: 10 from 10, a huge plus – the mask can not be washed off.

– Masks are my favorite cosmetic product. I believe that if you use them regularly, then the result will certainly be. Moreover, experience shows that the effect does not depend on the price at all. The Planeta Organics mask was captivated by the presence of seaweed. It seems to me that everything related to the sea has healing properties.

Expectation: from the mask with algae, I expected more likely not instant hydration, but smoothness of the skin and improvement of its color. Moreover, the product really promised it. In addition to algae, the composition contains the Amazonian water nut, which nourishes, refreshes and evens the face.

Reality: I usually put on masks at night, but this time I postponed the procedure to the morning. I rubbed my face with micellar water, then washed myself with plain water and applied a mask to damp skin (as recommended). In appearance, it turned out to be a green jelly with a rather pungent, but not annoying odor. It is recommended to keep it on the face for 15 minutes, I did it longer – a big plus of the mask is that it is not sticky at all and very quickly becomes invisible, so it does not interfere with gatherings and business. When I finally washed it off, I was glad that the effect of tightness did not appear. But, it seems, the skin has become smoother and softer to the touch.

Evaluation: 8 out of 10 points. I’ll take a couple of points for the lack of an instant magic effect. But I will check the cumulative effect: I will use it in the future, especially since the mask is economical and convenient.

– This spring, with constant temperature changes, did something to my skin: it is usually prone to oily content, it has become impossibly dry, constantly peels off, in the morning I wake up with a feeling of tightness on my face. It’s just a disaster! My favorite masks cope with the problem, but they give an effect for the day. I was looking for something more powerful and effective. This is how the PAYOT super moisturizing softening mask fell into my hands. The manufacturer promises instant intense hydration – it looks like what you need.

Expectation: in the mask, everything is completely innovative and unique, and also “tasty” – fig and watermelon extracts already gurgle like water during the most severe drought! The manufacturer promises that 10 minutes is enough for the skin to be saturated with moisture and become soft and tender.

Reality: Payot Hydra 24+ Baume-En-Masque has a gel structure, at first it upset me a little, because I am for creamy. But the mask was easy to distribute. The second plus: it is quite comfortable on the face, there is no desire to wash it off as soon as possible. Yes, about wash it off. The mask can be easily removed with water, but, as it is written in the instructions, you can not rinse it off, but lightly massage it on the skin and leave it until it is completely absorbed. I have done this trick with another moisturizing mask, especially after the pool, the most thing is to leave it on the skin overnight. But there was one “but”: in the morning, washing my face, I felt residues on my face. With Payot, the situation turned out to be better. However, if you plan to let the mask fully absorb, apply a very thin layer, otherwise you risk sticking to your own face.

And if you still prefer to remove the mask, a pleasant bonus awaits you: it is very easy to remove, as if you were washing your face with a soft foam for your face. And after the procedure there is no feeling of tightness, but after half an hour I still wanted to apply a moisturizer.

I have a feeling that I will love this product very much in the summer: after washing, the skin breathes, a very pleasant sensation of freshness. A must after a hot dusty day in the city. As for hydration, it is definitely there, the face is so soft that you want to touch it. I am satisfied!

I did so. The instructions recommend applying the product with a special Body Shop brush, but I handled it dexterously with my fingers. So this is not at all necessary, it will not affect the result that will definitely not disappoint you.

The product impressed me, the effect was really instant and did everything I expected from it. The skin is hydrated and looks healthier and velvety. And what pleasure I experienced during application, beyond words. In consistency, the mask is similar to jam and in smell too. I even wanted to taste it, I could hardly resist the temptation!
