There is a way out even from such states (it is clear that it is easier not to get there).
It is not necessary to do everything at once. You didn’t instantly find yourself at such a low energy level — you won’t get out instantly (but still much faster — because now you know where to go).
First of all, you need to decide in general to do at least something. Actually, you can «just try — it definitely won’t get worse.» You can “play a new game — and suddenly you like it” … Again, to each his own.
So, in order to get rid of chronic fatigue, first of all, make it a rule to devote at least half an hour a day to analyzing the past day in search of useless waste of resources. Think about how you could avoid this. Next time, try to get out of this situation as soon as you notice.
Stop unnecessary conversation (the interlocutor, in the depths of his soul, will even be grateful — most likely, he feels that something is wrong, but what exactly he does not understand).
Abandon the case, or do it — but do not hang between these two poles. In general, try not to leave unfinished business «for someday.» Either clearly define the deadline (although it’s better to finish it), or immediately agree that the job will never be done by you (in practice, it will still be so, but there will still be a lot of experiences “I wanted to, but I couldn’t”).
